Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.

Annie was very personable and professional. I told her I was on my lunch break and had an idea of what I wanted and what I could afford. She went through all the financial options while showing me rings in the style I was looking for. She never tried to upsell me and made sure I found something I knew my wife would love (which she did). She also said she can help resize some rings that were passed down to my wife. I will not go to any other jeweler and I cannot wait for my wife to meet her.

My search for the perfect engagement ring brought me to Jared Jewelers, and I cannot express enough how incredible the experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I had the pleasure of working with Laurie and Shardae, and they were an absolute dream team. As someone who started with very little knowledge, they were incredibly patient and supportive. They took the time to educate me on the different diamond qualities, settings, and metals without ever making me feel rushed or uninformed. The best part was the complete lack of pressure. They never once pushed for a sale or tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need or want. Their focus was genuinely on helping me find a ring that my soon-to-be wife will love and that fits my budget. They listened carefully to my ideas and offered fantastic suggestions that made the entire process feel easy, exciting, and special, rather than stressful.

Olivia was amazing! Very patient and very helpful. Was very willing to show us anything and everything within our budget! She even helped me take pictures of our rings in store! To get the best pictures possible with my phone she got the magnifying glass with the light and used my phone to take the pictures! It was like a mini photo shoot with the rings lol. 😂 She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers and I appreciate everything she did for us! We couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you for your help!

I cannot tell you how amazed I was entering this establishment. Jon Guerra has been the best jeweler for my Fiancé and I and it just reminds me why I will be coming back again and again. I cannot believe how perfect the rings were and how knowledgeable Jon was in knowing what felt right to us. Thank you Jon! We are excited to keep you as our jeweler!

Shardae was wonderful helping my fiancée and I chose her wedding band. She was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and made the process very quick and easy. She even helped us with another issue from an outside piece of jewelry. The staff at this store are very helpful, friendly, and make the customer experience wonderful. We were also assisted by Annie who had very good advice regarding making certain adjustments

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Laura at Jared’s. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring for my girlfriend. I had an idea of what I wanted, but Laura took the time to really listen, walk me through different options, explain the details, and make sure I felt confident in my choice. What really stood out was how genuine and patient she was — never pushy, always thoughtful, and clearly passionate about helping people find something truly special. Funny how life goes full circle. I’ve passed this jewelry store so many times and despite previously dating someone who started their career as a bench jeweler for Jared’s, I never had any curiosity to venture inside. Fast forward to a year and a new relationship later…. This Thanksgiving weekend lent itself to that moment. Without any expectations we decided to go in Black Friday evening and stumbled on this unique piece by Le Vian. The perfect 👌 piece for the perfect woman. They had the ring sized down in a day and we couldn’t be happier. Great location and staff. Low key, they need to update those side marketing panels that seem to be dry rotted but exterior aside, the real gems and good stuff is inside! Amazing selections!!!
